About the role

As (Senior) Project Manager (m/f/d), you will join our talented and ambitious R&D team, directly contributing to our ability to successfully produce Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices.

  • Accountable to achieve defined project results

  • Lead, motivate and empower an elite global team of Project Managers, driving their successful delivery

  • Demonstrate solid cross functional knowledge and relationship building skills across strategy, business development, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, project management, quality, marketing and sales, etc.

  • Support business development opportunities with program managers

  • Communicate complex ideas and plans effectively and concisely

  • Develop, review and upgrade operational procedures

This is you

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline; project management qualification preferred but not essential

  • Proven track record of leading teams in the successful delivery of high-impact projects within fast-paced technology led environments

  • High level of risk management proficiency

  • Strong drive with a clear focus on project goals and deliverables and the ability to prioritize

  • Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their applications

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and work effectively within cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
