As a Project Manager for complex R&D and engineering programs, you will take end to end ownership of high impact, multi-site projects that shape our future product portfolio. You will operate at the intersection of advanced technology, global collaboration, and business success, driving projects from concept to execution while balancing quality, timing, cost, and risk.

Lead and Deliver Complex Projects
- Take full accountability for the execution of complex multi-site R&D and engineering projects
- Define and drive the overall project plan in alignment with key stakeholders and management up to executive level
- Ensure project delivery within agreed specification, quality, cost, timeline, and reporting boundaries
- Define and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Build and Lead High Performance Teams
- Define required competencies, roles, and resources and build a strong, results oriented project team
- Provide clear leadership, operational guidance, and constructive conflict management
- Enable effective collaboration across functions, sites, and cultural boundaries, with strong engagement of global teams
Master Risk, Change, and Decision Making
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and scenarios
- Establish and lead the change management process for scope, cost, and timeline changes
- Apply sound judgment on project setup, execution strategies, timelines, budgets, methods, and technologies
Strengthen the Organization
- Coach and support other Project Leaders through peer exchange and reviews
- Contribute to the project management knowledge base by sharing lessons learned, best practices, and proven methodologies
- Actively drive continuous improvement in project execution to meet business targets and reduce time to market
What you will need
- University degree in a technical field or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in semiconductors or related technical environment
- Strong hands-on experience with modern project management tools and methods
- Solid capability in planning, scheduling, budgeting, scope, risk, change, and stakeholder management
- Experience managing cross domain teams and external partners
- Semiconductor process and package knowledge is a strong advantage
- PMI or comparable project management certification is beneficial
- Proven leadership in building and guiding project teams in a global, intercultural environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability – you deliver on commitments and remove obstacles
- Clear customer and business orientation, with a constant focus on reducing time to market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, confident working with senior and executive stakeholders

Skills Required
