Support and optimize Die Attach/Clip Attach processes for semiconductor assembly. Develop and qualify processes and equipment, run capability studies, apply SPC/DOE/FMEA, support NPI, produce technical reports, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D to drive cost, quality, and process improvements.
