  • Abwicklung von produktionsinternen Projekten und Ansprechpartner für Anlageninstallationen und -verlagerungen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, z.B. anderen Supportgruppen
Ihr Profil
  • Staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, o.ä. mit Befähigung zur Elektrofachkraft
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung/Reparatur von Fertigungsanlagen (Produktionsumfeld)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Die Einarbeitung erfolgt in den ersten drei Monaten in der Tagschicht
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich der Halbleiterfertigung oder des Sondermaschinenbaus
  • Selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • EDV: MS Office, SAP, Erfahrung in Anlagensoftware ist von Vorteil

What you will do
  • Carrying out maintenance work on production equipment in the EGIO/GLA area (CVD/RTP systems)
  • Carrying out troubleshooting & repairs (extended equipment knowledge) 
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance
  • Coordination and acceptance of comprehensive service work (also in cooperation with external companies)
  • Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.)
  • Improvement of system technology/performance and processes
  • Detection of failure focal points & implementation of process optimisations
  • Exchange of information with other users / maintenance
  • Determining critical spare parts & ensuring the supply of spare parts
  • Training of operational production employees with regard to standardised service work
  • Fault and service documentation
  • Handling internal production projects and contact person for system installations and relocations in collaboration with other departments, e.g. other support groups
What you will need
  • State certified Technician or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with qualification as an electrician
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance of production facilities
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Training takes place in the day shift during the first three months
  • Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction
  • Independent and quality-conscious way of working
  • Planning and organisational skills as well as communication skills
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team
  • IT: MS Office, SAP, experience in system software is an advantage
