It partners with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver reliable data services, productionize models, and shape long-term data platform architecture using AWS and modern infrastructure practices.

Manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for existing customers to support retention and recurring revenue. Create and maintain renewal opportunities, quotes, and customer records; collaborate with customers, distributors, and internal teams; monitor activity and reports; resolve issues and escalate as needed; support process and system improvements to enhance retention and operational efficiency.

Travel up to 15%.
