Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, managing orders, carrier selection, TMS workflows, inventory audits, accessorial charges, and exception resolution to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manage assigned customer accounts for a transportation company: resolve issues, bill accessorial charges, monitor order acceptance and performance, propose alternative transport solutions, communicate exceptions, work with Operations to optimize costs and container assets, and maintain service quality.

Provide onsite customer support at the customer's office: answer inquiries, communicate needs to the Hub team, give shipment status updates, schedule appointments, retrieve delivery paperwork, and finalize shipment data for invoicing. Perform additional on-site duties to support the customer.

Manage assigned customer accounts for a transportation/logistics provider: resolve issues, bill accessorials, monitor orders and performance, propose alternative transport solutions, communicate with shippers/consignees, and work with operations to maximize margin and service quality.

Serve as the executive lead for Tier 1 clients, designing and delivering customized 3PL supply chain solutions, driving account strategy and growth, leading cross-functional execution, managing escalations, and conducting executive business reviews using advanced analytics to improve performance and commercial outcomes.

Serve as primary liaison between company and customers, resolving issues, managing order acceptance and accessorial charges, providing alternative transportation solutions, monitoring performance and working with internal teams to optimize cost, margin, and on-time performance.

Manage carrier relationships and procurement events, support RFP processes and bid packaging, perform light market analytics, enter and troubleshoot rates in the TMS, conduct light negotiations, handle escalated carrier issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet carrier KPIs and customer expectations.

Provide administrative support for Final Mile locations: validate and reconcile delivery paperwork, perform accurate data entry into databases, assist with back-of-truck check-in, answer customer and delivery team calls, validate badges/uniforms, and identify process improvements. Role is 75% office, 25% warehouse, requires strong customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, and schedule flexibility (T-Sat 12p-8:30p).

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for warehouse and transportation systems (WMS/TMS/OTM) supporting consolidation and fulfillment. Oversee implementations, integrations, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement to ensure inventory accuracy, throughput, visibility, and compliance. Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to define requirements, govern changes, mitigate risks, and drive adoption and performance metrics.
