Process payroll for a national client base: enter client data, review timesheets, import payroll information, assist quality assurance, resolve client/employee payroll issues, and learn payroll software (Prism).

Manage federal, state, and local payroll tax compliance for PEO clients: research tax law, process and reconcile tax payments and returns, resolve notices, support audits, and provide client service and case management updates.

Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Support, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into prioritized backlogs, drive UAT and readiness for development, oversee go-to-market planning, and maintain a 12-month roadmap while monitoring payroll trends and competitor differentiation.
