The Payroll associate position is designed to support our growing client facing payroll team with an array of payroll duties. This position provides the ability to learn and grown in a fast paced client facing organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The payroll Manager will process payroll for our growing client base across the country
- As a payroll associate, you will enter client data and review employee time-sheets
- The associate level will learn how to import payroll information and assist with quality assurance as needed.
- Responsible for responding and resolving client and employee payroll issues
- Partner with our payroll specialists become knowledgeable in our payroll software, Prism.

- Organizational Skills
- Skills with MS office, including Excel and Outlook
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 12- 18 years of experience
Skills Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 12-18 years of experience in payroll processing
- Experience processing payroll for clients and reviewing employee timesheets
- Data entry and payroll import experience
- Ability to respond to and resolve client and employee payroll issues
- Skills with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of Prism payroll software
