The Systems Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 Modern Workspace, Office365 Security and Compliance Centre, and SPAM and threat prevention solutions. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving Level 1 and 2 incidents, managing endpoints through Intune or other Mobile Device Management solution, and performing software upgrades and patches. The Systems Engineer also handles network configuration and troubleshooting, including Exchange Online, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN. Additionally, the role includes managing and supporting storage and virtualization platforms, as well as ensuring system security and optimization.
