Own and expand Temporal’s strategic Fortune 15 financial services account by driving adoption across business lines, teams, and use cases. Develop multi-year account strategies, build relationships with engineers, architects, and executives, navigate complex technical discussions, and convert production success into expanded consumption. Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams to ensure deployments succeed and deliver measurable outcomes.

Leads global accounting, tax, treasury, procurement, financial reporting, controls, audits, systems, and international expansion. Lead technical design, cross-team platform initiatives, code reviews, and mentorship while ensuring secure, performant, and fault-tolerant customer-facing services.

Design, build, and operate highly scalable distributed storage systems for Temporal Cloud. Responsibilities include developing persistence APIs, replication paths, caches, tiered storage, and observability; improving reliability and performance through SLO ownership, chaos testing, profiling, and incident reviews; and providing technical leadership through roadmap planning, RFCs, mentoring, and cross-team delivery.

Lead Temporal’s India sales strategy, enterprise customer acquisition, pipeline development, and regional growth. Manage, coach, and develop Account Executives while closing complex enterprise opportunities and building relationships with customers, partners, cloud providers, and system integrators. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, and APAC leadership on go-to-market strategy, forecasting, territory planning, and market expansion. Represent Temporal in India’s technology and developer ecosystem.

Leads and scales Temporal’s global technical support organization for complex developer and infrastructure issues. Establishes support operations, SLAs, triage, escalation, incident response, RCA, quality, staffing, and performance systems. Develops technical talent, reduces avoidable Engineering escalations, improves customer communications, and partners cross-functionally to convert support insights into product and documentation improvements. Represents Temporal in strategic escalations, critical incidents, enterprise support discussions, and executive readouts.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new logo acquisition, from prospecting through close. Develop strategic account plans, engage technical and executive stakeholders, navigate complex sales processes, and drive adoption of Temporal’s developer infrastructure solutions. Build trusted customer relationships, identify high-value opportunities, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams in a fast-growth environment.

Own end-to-end revenue forecasting and financial modeling for a high-growth, consumption-based technology business. Build bottoms-up models using usage, cohorts, contract structures, and expansion behavior; partner with Data Science to improve predictive forecasts. Collaborate with GTM, RevOps, Accounting, Product, and leadership on scenario planning, headcount, pricing, revenue recognition, budgets, and executive reporting. Drive forecast accuracy, revenue predictability, and decision-making amid uncertainty and rapid growth.

Own customer production readiness and activation for Temporal deployments, establish reliability and operational standards, resolve complex technical issues, and lead KPI-driven technical programs. Guide customers through architecture, migrations, scaling, observability, upgrades, and production certification while enabling developers and architects through training and documentation. Partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, renewals, and growth.

Own the end-to-end Temporal Cloud Namespace product lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, capacity management, placement, scaling, APIs, SLOs, and SLAs. Define differentiated offerings and policies balancing reliability, performance, residency, isolation, and cost. Partner with engineering, SRE, operations, and commercial teams to deliver scalable multi-tenant infrastructure capabilities and clear customer experiences.
