Designs, implements, modernizes, and supports NJ Transit’s geographically distributed enterprise network across corporate, transit, station, data center, and critical infrastructure environments. Engineers complex routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, data center, cloud connectivity, Zero Trust, segmentation, and VPN solutions. Develops network automation, creates technical designs and implementation plans, troubleshoots advanced infrastructure, and coordinates with architecture, operations, telecom providers, vendors, and carriers.

Lead the transition of Verizon Carrier Services billing and invoicing processes to the T1776 Contract framework. Coordinate internal teams, Verizon, finance, procurement, and contract management stakeholders; analyze current workflows; define future-state processes; manage timelines, risks, mitigation plans, and communications; and validate invoice accuracy, rate structures, and contractual compliance throughout the migration.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support onsite through phone, email, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues; manage tickets and assets; coordinate vendors; and deliver strong customer service. The role requires Tuesday-to-Saturday onsite availability, including certain holidays, as part of a 24/7 support team. Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN, and support systems is required.
