Partner with Account Executives to run technical, production-ready demos and proofs-of-concept for prospective customers. Own technical discovery, answer objections, shape the Solutions Engineering function, and demonstrate the AI-native product in high-pressure sales situations.

The Strategic Account Executive will acquire and grow large enterprise accounts, leveraging strategic planning and sales expertise to demonstrate product value and drive innovation in incident management solutions.

Build and lead the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team: hire and coach SEs, run technical evaluations and demos, join large enterprise deals, align SE strategy with Sales, Product and Engineering, gather customer feedback to influence roadmap, and develop the team's AI technical credibility.

Lead and develop a high performing team of Commercial Account Executives, manage revenue forecasts, and partner across departments for pipeline creation and deal closure.
