incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime.
The stakes are real, the talent is insane, and somehow it's a genuinely lovely place to work. We all pull our weight, go the extra mile, and put in the bit of magic most companies don't have time for, all while having fun and never taking ourselves too seriously.
We've raised $96 million from Index Ventures, Insight Partners, and Point Nine, and we're growing fast. There's never been a better time to join.
The role in one lineThis is the seat where EMEA goes from early traction to a real engine: you own the number, you build the team, and you stay close enough to the deals to feel every one of them.
What that looks like day to dayOur GTM team is growing quickly. In London we already have pods across Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, Customer Success, BDR and Solutions Engineering, with a mix of internally promoted and externally hired first-line and segment leaders in place.
You own the EMEA revenue number, including new business and the bulk of net retention across Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise. You lead the EMEA sales org directly, setting the bar on hiring, performance, coaching and territory design. You partner with in-region CS, SE, BDR and expansion account management to make the full regional motion work.
This is not a role you can do from behind a forecast. You'll be in the deals, running exec-level conversations with CTOs, CIOs and CISOs, inspecting and coaching pipeline personally, and carrying the deals that need you. You'll also drive operational excellence across pipeline reviews, forecast calls, QBRs, recruiting, enablement, fiscal planning and territory design.
Our leaders are close to the product, close to customers, and close to cross-functional peers. You'll work closely with our founders, COO, CMO, VP Finance, RevOps and Product, and build trust with Engineering, Marketing, Finance and company leadership. What you hear in region should influence the roadmap, and you'll contribute to company-wide planning and exec discussions, helping shape our global growth trajectory.
We want a real point of view on AI in GTM. How your team prospects, researches, qualifies, forecasts and closes should look different because of it.
You also set the cultural tone in London: a high performance bar, and a culture people want to be part of.
Who you areYou're based in or around London, and you're up for travelling across EMEA and occasionally to the US.
You've built an EMEA revenue engine from roughly $XXM to $XXXM at a high-growth B2B software company, and you have the appetite and resilience to take us from early traction to sustained scale in a Series B environment.
You've built and scaled sales teams across Commercial, Mid-Market and Enterprise, and you know how the motion, hiring bar and cadence differ across each.
You're hands-on. You still get into deals, run discovery, coach live calls and hold a point of view on the product. You're not two layers removed from the customer.
You understand technical sales and have a track record selling to CTOs, CIOs and CISOs.
You have a real point of view on leveraging AI in GTM, grounded in things you've actually rolled out rather than things you've read about.
You keep a high performance bar while building a culture aligned with our values. We want both, and candidates who can only do one are not a fit. You're also an exceptional recruiter who attracts and retains A-players, and people follow you.
You build trust extensively across Engineering, Product and company leadership, and you're operationally excellent, with a bias for clarity, measurement and predictable execution.
Bonus points if you have experience scaling footprint into other European markets such as France, DACH and the Nordics. VP of EMEA Sales experience at a high-growth SaaS company scaling from $XXM to $XXXM+ is a plus, as is senior regional leadership at a $10B+ B2B software company with material revenue responsibility. We'd also love experience selling to engineering and SRE buyers in the reliability, observability, monitoring or DevOps space, early channel and alliances go-to-market experience, and the ability to lead cross-cultural teams across Europe.
Supporting youWe work hard and we think life outside work matters just as much. Our benefits pack is built to support both.
Private medical insurance. Seriously good cover - we want you and the people you love to be looked after.
Competitive annual leave. Showing up at your best requires switching off, and we make sure you have time to do that.
First Friday of every month off. Yes, seriously.
Enhanced pension. We put real money in, because future-you deserves better than an afterthought.
Meaningful equity. We're rapidly scaling, and everyone who helps shape the outcome should share in it.
Unlimited AI spend. For everyone, not just engineers. We're all-in on AI across the company, and we expect you to be too.
Generous parental leave. The early days with a new baby matter more than anything we're doing here, and we want you to be present for them.
Two budgets that have your back. £1000 to invest in your setup, £500 a year to invest in yourself.

What We Do
Think about the last time you had an outage. Was it calm, collected and organised? Or chaotic, Slack channels ablaze, questions flying in from all directions in 5 different threads? We’ve been there, and we know it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re building a single way for your entire company to respond, review and learn when things go wrong, big or small. A product that everyone loves using, and which helps them solve any type of incident, at any scale.
Why Work With Us
We’ve been building products and teams for years, and while we don’t have all the answers, we’ve done this before, learned from our mistakes and are deliberately building the company we’ve always wanted to work at. To do that, our hiring philosophy is pretty simple: find smart, product-minded, kind people, and trust them.
