Lead global customization technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery for YETI. Own product portfolio, platform reliability, vendor relationships, budgets, and Agile delivery. Support Canadian Wholesale and Custom sales teams by monitoring allocation, inventory, and order execution. Track fill rates, backlog risk, launch readiness, and SKU/data accuracy. Produce Canada-focused reports and ad hoc analyses, partner cross-functionally to resolve supply issues, and support UAT, pricing validation, and data governance.

Manage vendor accounts and end-to-end AP processes including invoice processing, approvals, payments, SAP reporting (GRIR, MRBR), issue resolution, cash application, Concur expense administration, month-end close support, compliance/1099 tasks, training AP staff, and driving process improvements.

The Sr. Industrial Designer will lead the design of YETI luggage and bags, translating consumer insights into innovative products while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead and deliver enterprise Talent initiatives and PMO operations: define scope, governance, plans, and metrics; manage cross-functional stakeholders, intake, prioritization, issue tracking, reporting, change management, and adoption for Talent programs including M&A, international expansion, and contingent workforce.

Execute and optimize lifecycle email and SMS programs (welcome, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase). Run A/B and multivariate tests, pull performance reports, manage campaign setup/QA/tagging, maintain documentation and calendars, ensure accurate segmentation and tracking, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and MarTech partners to improve customer communications.
