Design and scale repeatable pre-opening marketing systems for franchise launches. Create playbooks, assets, timelines, vendor relationships, training, and reporting. Coach franchisees on local marketing (PR, influencers, paid media, CRM, events), measure launch performance, and partner cross-functionally to improve awareness, bookings, and early revenue for new store openings.

Lead development of gameplay systems, AI behaviors, and multiplayer mechanics in Unity for 6-player VR experiences. Mentor programmers, prototype features, optimize performance, collaborate with artists/designers, and deliver maintainable, production-ready code.
