Target education, corporate, and government customers while collaborating with integrators, consultants, and pre-sales teams to influence projects and close opportunities.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach, re-engage prospects, prepare quotes, and support customers with pricing, availability, lead times, and orders. Build relationships with channel partners, consultants, dealers, and customers; identify and close new business; meet sales targets; maintain Salesforce pipeline records; represent the company at industry events; resolve sales and service issues; and collaborate with regional and global teams. Travel may reach 75% throughout the territory.

Drive enterprise sales growth by identifying, developing and closing opportunities with large corporate accounts. Build stakeholder relationships, generate pipeline via direct and channel engagement, respond to RFPs, support technical demos, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline in CRM, and represent KramerAV at industry events to meet quarterly and annual targets.

Drive revenue and market share for KramerAV across East India by owning sales targets, building channel and SI networks, managing pipeline, responding to tenders (including GeM), negotiating deals, coordinating with pre-sales and product teams, forecasting in CRM, and representing the company at regional events. Extensive travel across assigned states required.

Lead business development for Defense accounts across India: build relationships with armed forces, PSUs and DRDO; manage pipeline via direct and channel engagement; respond to tenders/GeM, negotiate contracts, support technical bids and POCs, and achieve sales targets while representing KramerAV at industry events.

Provide pre-sales AV design solutions and product support, handle product enquiries, deliver trainings, and deliver post-sales troubleshooting, onsite and online support while coordinating with service and HQ technical teams.
