The Product Manager will drive the development and execution of insurance product features and enhancements, ensuring efficient operations and profitable growth.

Own platform strategy, cloud-native/API-first architecture, delivery quality, vendor relationships, budgeting, resilience, and build a high-performing engineering organization partnering with underwriting, data, and operations.

Support and track delivery of change and BAU portfolios, maintain roadmaps and reporting, manage resource and finance reconciliation, drive governance and continuous improvement, act as subject-matter expert for change tools, and engage stakeholders to ensure benefits realisation and portfolio health.

Lead insurance and general ledger accounting for two newly acquired entities, prepare journal entries for premiums, claims, reinsurance and investments, support month/quarter/year-end close, reconciliations, statutory statements, audits, actuarial reserve entries, AP and expense accruals, and drive process and system improvement projects.
