Develops and executes category growth strategies for McCain’s Own Label portfolio across Retail and Foodservice. Analyzes market, shopper, loyalty, panel, customer, and operator data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Collaborates with marketing, sales, research vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders while using AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and reporting.

Leads enterprise virtual event production, including Microsoft Teams setup, live technical direction, presenter coordination, audience engagement, and troubleshooting. Produces internal videos, podcasts, animations, motion graphics, and branded communications content. Manages distribution lists, post-event follow-up, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities while supporting communications training and process improvements.

Leads McCain’s North American campus recruiting and early careers strategy, including internships, co-ops, rotational programs, and entry-level hiring. Builds university and stakeholder partnerships, oversees recruiting operations, metrics, budgets, candidate experience, and talent conversion. Manages and develops a team of campus recruiting professionals while strengthening employer branding and program effectiveness.

Leads channel and brand marketing initiatives for quick-service restaurant customers, driving portfolio optimization, innovation, commercialization, profitability, and category growth. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, Innovation, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate customer and consumer insights into strategies. Manages performance reporting, P&L and budget planning, IBP activities, customer analysis, and cross-functional teams while influencing stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and presentations.

Supports Benelux retail marketing activities, including customer complaint coordination, product information administration, e-commerce content, social media management, paid campaign support, reporting, purchase orders, promotional allowances, packaging changes, and website updates. The role requires strong organization, digital marketing knowledge, communication skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Provides hands-on, site-based HR support at McCain’s Ballarat plant across employee relations, labour relations, recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, leave administration, engagement, wellbeing, retention, and HR systems adoption. Partners with leaders, employees, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and service delivery teams while supporting compliance, employee experience, and culture initiatives.

Leads digital technology and data enablement for McCain’s Global Snacking commercial division. Partners with Sales, Marketing, and technology teams to identify opportunities, define and prioritize digital projects, drive adoption, support change and continuous improvement, monitor innovation trends, and measure business value. The role advances commercial strategy through digital transformation, customer engagement platforms, sales execution systems, trade management solutions, and analytics.
