Provide phone-based customer service to contractor customers, identify their HVAC and plumbing needs, recommend products and solutions, process and schedule orders, manage open orders and bids, and occasionally support branch counter operations.

Supports daily HR operations through compliance tracking, I-9 administration, HIPAA certification, legal reporting, HR data requests, communications, file maintenance, audits, event registration, phone coverage, and inbox management. The role provides confidential associate support, maintains accurate records, assists with process improvements, and helps coordinate department newsletters and communications.

Plans delivery routes, schedules delivery time windows, coordinates customer and supplier pickups, supports customers and drivers, resolves delivery errors, and assists transportation, warehouse, and logistics teams. Serves as a distribution center contact for parcel scheduling, special orders, and general warehouse IT support.

Own marketing automation, CRM workflows, analytics, dashboards, and digital experience optimization across websites and mobile apps. Coordinate product content, campaigns, promotions, integrations, platform updates, testing, and troubleshooting with Marketing, Sales, Product Data, IT, and agency partners. Use customer behavior and performance data to improve conversion, reduce friction, automate processes, and support continuous improvement across eCommerce platforms.

Develop and manage customer relationships in an assigned territory, provide exceptional in-person and phone service, identify customer needs, deliver HVAC and plumbing product solutions, generate new business, grow existing accounts, and travel to customer shops and job sites.

Manage sourcing and supplier relationships for plumbing and HVAC products (domestic and international). Lead supplier evaluation, negotiation, contract terms, import/export logistics, and cross-functional projects to ensure quality, compliance with industry standards, cost-effectiveness, and supply diversification. Track supplier performance and drive corrective actions; travel internationally as needed.
