Manages 10–30 strategic enterprise software accounts, driving adoption, renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention. Builds ROI models, three-year success roadmaps, executive value reviews, and expansion strategies. Develops VP and C-suite relationships, delivers data-driven account strategies, provides market intelligence, and converts customers into references and advocates. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams while coaching customer champions and leading executive business reviews.

Leads transformational Commercial Excellence projects, including process transformation and large-scale IT deliveries. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, governance, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, resource coordination, financial analysis, change management, and team leadership. The role supports the Chief Commercial Officer and partners with senior leaders, business units, Finance, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Determines project scope, specifications, test programs, costs, timelines, and sample requirements for product safety evaluations. Coordinates laboratory technicians, engineering support, testing, inspections, file reviews, and project administration. Communicates technical requirements, findings, compliance issues, project status, and results to clients. Resolves engineering issues, supports development of UL requirements and specialized test methods, and prepares certification and follow-up documentation.

Manage automotive testing and validation projects from quotation to final report. Coordinate sample receipt, scheduling, lab activities, budgets, risks and deliverables. Serve as primary technical contact for customers and internal stakeholders, lead meetings, prepare reports, develop test methods and support expanding laboratory capabilities while ensuring projects meet OEM and standards requirements.

Drive sales strategy and manage a portfolio of TIC accounts for medical device customers. Build technical relationships, qualify new logos, manage full sales cycle, ensure renewals, collaborate with engineers and account managers, and transition closed deals to fulfillment and success teams.

Manage and operate certification programs, reviewing controlled goods and certification schemes, leading moderate-complexity projects, supporting program owners and escalations, liaising with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality and customer alignment.

Execute corporate communications strategy and editorial production; craft messaging and communication plans aligned to the UL brand. Translate technical/scientific content for nontechnical audiences, support measurement and reporting, manage projects and budgets, collaborate across matrix teams, and use Microsoft Office and marketing/communication tools.

Source, screen and engage candidates across EMEA (German and English). Build talent pipelines, maintain ATS records, track sourcing metrics, leverage AI and sourcing platforms, research talent markets, and partner with TA Advisors and Hiring Managers to meet hiring SLAs and support employer branding.

Perform routine electrical tests on consumer electronics, build/adapt basic test setups, record and analyze results, operate lab equipment and computers, read schematics, prepare reports, and follow defined test plans and safety/security procedures.
