Performs NFPA certification testing, inspections, and field evaluations of fire apparatus, aerial devices, pumpers, and ground ladders. Uses nondestructive testing methods, analyzes results against UL requirements, evaluates compliance variations, audits quality programs, verifies equipment calibration, documents findings, and supports corrective actions. The role requires technical judgment, customer communication, confined-space and elevated-area work, lifting up to 70 pounds, and up to 50% overnight travel.

Leads consultative sales of Human Factors advisory services across EMEA, managing opportunities from initial contact through scoping, proposals, and contract execution. Develops pipelines, manages target accounts, meets sales quotas, attends trade shows, and builds customer relationships. Partners with subject matter experts to design solutions, advises leadership on market needs, and contributes to marketing strategy. Requires medical device or life sciences experience, strong sales performance, technical credibility, and up to 30% travel.

Perform on-site and remote social compliance assessments of supplier factories, review CAPAs and audit findings, partner with factory teams to develop remediation plans, deliver advisory services and bilingual training, coordinate field logistics, and support program managers and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design, deliver, and continuously improve scalable production AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, machine learning, and document intelligence. Build cloud-native systems on Azure using software engineering, architecture, DevOps, and MLOps practices. Own AI platforms and models across deployment, monitoring, security, governance, and optimization. Lead technical initiatives, collaborate with product and business teams, mentor engineers, and translate business needs into measurable outcomes.

Serves as the primary contact for Amazon vendors requesting testing and certification. Qualifies inbound opportunities, identifies sales potential, manages multiple customer projects, coordinates quotes and project launches, and guides customers through early sales stages. Collaborates with Sales Executives and laboratory teams, maintains CRM records, follows up throughout the sales cycle, and supports pipeline growth through approved outreach strategies.
