Lead strategy and operational improvement for a global EMC laboratory network. Partner with lab, commercial, and finance leaders to analyse performance, drive utilisation and profitability, deliver business planning, implement best practices, and provide executive reporting and recommendations to support sustainable growth and investment decisions.

Perform on-site certification inspections and field evaluations, analyze test and production records, verify calibration and compliance, prepare inspection reports, investigate mark misuse, recommend corrective actions, support continuous improvement, and manage schedules, travel, and documentation while communicating with manufacturers, customers, and regulators.

Provide front-desk reception, office and lab administrative support, coordinate facilities and vendors, manage supplies and records, prepare weekly reports, assist onboarding, and support workplace safety and compliance.

Coordinate sample-based compliance projects through submission, testing, review, and closure. Track and document samples and project records, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve nonconformances with Engineering and Laboratory partners, and support process improvements and reporting. Manage assigned workload with supervision while developing product-category knowledge and ensuring timely project movement and accurate project records.

Manage a prioritized portfolio and remotely promote and sell specialty TIC products/services. Serve as technical sales liaison, identify opportunities, support account owners, engage engineers as needed, collaborate with account managers, and travel up to 20% for high-potential outreach.

Lead consultative, advisory sales by understanding client business and regulatory needs, developing territory and market strategies, building client relationships, owning full sales cycle, achieving targets, maintaining CRM pipeline/forecasts, and collaborating with global teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Provide customer-facing technical support: investigate and resolve system/configuration issues, configure software via the UI, build forms and integrations using SQL/XML, monitor Freshdesk tickets, train and coach customers and teammates, escalate complex issues, and participate in continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain certification requirements for gas and vapor detection products; lead standards participation; create training and guidance; handle new/innovative product reviews; initiate certification requirement changes and coordinate with Operations; represent UL Solutions in technical forums and provide subject-matter expertise.

Perform on-site product inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards; analyze scopes, interpret schematics, use test instruments, liaise with manufacturers/customers, and support promotion of UL certification services.

Support EV charging and energy product certification projects by planning test programs, coordinating laboratory testing, performing technical evaluations against UL standards, communicating with clients, preparing technical reports, managing project timelines, and resolving compliance or variation issues to ensure successful certification and customer satisfaction.
