Leads contract performance for the DCMA Blue List Program Support Services contract, serving as the primary Government liaison for a 14-person, multi-site team. Own platform security engineering, ATO management, SSP and RMF artifacts, POA&M remediation, continuous monitoring, vulnerability and compliance reporting, and data segregation. Coordinate with government stakeholders and ensure personnel meet DoD cybersecurity qualification and certification requirements.

Provide risk-based recommendations, validate mitigation effectiveness, advise Government stakeholders, interpret cybersecurity standards and policies, and monitor emerging threats affecting small unmanned systems and national security.

Provides executive and administrative support to a government program office and its leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, correspondence, briefing materials, records and repository maintenance, action-item tracking, communications, and workflow improvement. The role requires discretion when handling sensitive information and professional interaction with senior military and civilian stakeholders.

Monitors engagement metrics and recommends improvements to communication and stakeholder outreach strategies. The role requires U.S. citizenship and a favorably adjudicated Tier 3 investigation on file in DISS.

Oversee software development lifecycle activities, web database engineering, and modernization of a federal digital platform. Provide technical oversight, integration management, PMO support, and independent technical evaluations. Manage ServiceNow SPM and ITSM dashboards, sprint metrics, dependencies, schedules, risks, and program logs. Coordinate cross-vendor teams, monitor compliance and certifications, and deliver executive-level status briefings on milestones, risks, resources, and program execution.
