Supports omnichannel digital experiences connecting ecommerce and retail stores. Responsibilities include improving Click & Collect, inventory visibility, fulfillment, store discovery, and digital-to-store journeys; analyzing performance metrics; contributing to ecommerce roadmaps; coordinating store digital content; investigating platform issues; documenting processes; and providing recommendations based on guest, operational, competitor, and analytics insights.

Manage a high-volume wholesale orderbook across prebook, in-season, and replenishment cycles. Coordinate virtual and instructor-led training logistics, registrations, communications, calendars, documentation, feedback, metrics, action items, timelines, and deliverables. Provide project, reporting, communication, and administrative support for talent development programs while assisting employees, managers, and stakeholders.

Own and optimize Arc'teryx's global corporate travel program, serving as the Egencia administrator and subject matter expert. Lead strategic travel initiatives, improve platform adoption and employee experience, manage vendors, oversee spend and compliance, develop governance and scalable processes, create communications and training, build reporting insights, and identify cost, sustainability, and supplier opportunities. Partner with Finance, Procurement, stakeholders, and external travel providers to establish the program's future roadmap.
