The Learning Consultant develops and delivers in-person, virtual, and self-paced training for property operations. Responsibilities include LMS administration, training records, coaching, onboarding new Property Managers, supporting acquisitions and property openings, maintaining learning materials, and partnering with regional and property leaders. The role trains employees on sales, service, leadership, financial, leasing, and operational systems while using KPIs and feedback to improve performance. Travel to properties may comprise up to 50% of the role.

Coordinates technology product delivery and implementation projects from planning through post-launch. Manages scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, testing, data migration, release readiness, deployment, cutover, documentation, and operational handoff. Partners with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, professional services, and external vendors in Agile environments. Maintains project records, status reporting, RAID logs, controls, and audit-ready documentation while escalating significant technical, financial, resource, and release decisions.
