Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join the BGRE Logistics marketing team for a full-semester internship in Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA. This role is designed for a student interested in gaining meaningful, hands-on experience in business-to-business marketing within the commercial real estate industry.
Working alongside members of the marketing team, the intern will contribute to active projects and ongoing initiatives across content development, email marketing, digital asset management, CRM, presentations, research, communications and event support. The role offers exposure to both the strategic and day-to-day execution of marketing for a global real estate business.
Support internal and external email marketing initiatives, including database management, audience segmentation, copy development, creative asset coordination and campaign execution
Assist in developing and repurposing content for multiple channels and audiences, including digital, email, presentations and internal communications
Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, helping ensure materials are current, accurate, brand-aligned and easily accessible
Support updates to quarterly presentations, marketing materials and other business communications
Assist with event planning and coordination, including materials, communications, logistics and follow-up
Conduct competitive, market and industry research and synthesize findings for the marketing team
Support CRM management and data quality within HubSpot, including contact organization, segmentation and database maintenance
Collaborate with team members on ongoing marketing initiatives and semester-long projects
Provide general project and administrative support as needed

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, communications, real estate, business or a related field
This is an in-person internship; candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the office as scheduled
Strong interest in marketing, commercial real estate, logistics or related industries
Previous coursework, internship or project experience in marketing, communications, content development, social media or database management preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Ability to commit to the internship for the full academic semester
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Resourceful with strong research and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with social media, digital marketing and cloud-based tools

Salary Type: Non-exempt
