Lead demand planning and S&OP activities for a business unit: prepare and facilitate demand review meetings, produce fact-based forecasts (consumer sales and shipments), align plans with marketing and promotions, monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and standardize processes across global teams using statistical models and dashboards.

Own planning systems and process governance, lead SAP S/4HANA-related transformation, optimize and digitalize planning processes, maintain planning reports and analytics (SAP BW, Power BI, Excel), partner with BI/Digital teams, provide analysis and testing, and support user adoption at the Nyiregyhaza manufacturing site. Manage electronics manufacturing suppliers (EMS) for LEGO: drive factory performance, capacity, budget and asset management, supplier negotiations, manufacturing improvements (SMT, box build, automation, OEE/TEEP), NPI and EOL, sustainability, quality and contingency planning. Act as supplier KAM and lead cost-savings and manufacturing 4.0 initiatives. Individual contributor with regular on-site presence at EMS factories.

Lead global B2B retail design strategy, create scalable in-store and omnichannel experiences, translate brand storytelling into commercial solutions, enable markets with toolkits, drive retailer buy-in and measurable ROI, and lead a high-performing design team.

The Senior Global Brand Director, China will strategize and implement brand initiatives to enhance brand strength and resonance in China and Asia. Responsibilities include developing campaigns, managing partnerships, and ensuring brand governance across markets.
