Manage multi-entity general ledger accounting, global balance sheet accounts, tax compliance support, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and monthly close activities in NetSuite. Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, variance analyses, consolidations, and tax schedules while partnering with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Finance, and external advisors to maintain accurate, audit-ready reporting.

Provide front-line IT support for New York employees, including leadership. Manage onboarding and offboarding, video conferencing setup, technology equipment procurement and tracking, internal tool research, and troubleshooting across computer systems, security, networks, databases, and data storage. Collaborate with People Operations and cross-functional teams to improve internal efficiency and deliver excellent employee support.

Own general ledger accounting, global balance sheet accounts, intercompany transactions, tax compliance support, multi-entity month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, consolidation, and multi-currency accounting in NetSuite. Partner with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal, and external advisors to maintain accurate, audit-ready reporting and improve accounting processes and controls across international entities.

Lead Post-Sales operations to scale Customer Success: design lifecycle processes, implement tools and playbooks, build reporting and automation, manage cross-functional initiatives, and support onboarding and enablement to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Lead Persona's product security by driving the vulnerability lifecycle and threat response, building autonomous/AI security tooling, embedding security into the SDLC with product teams, and running/expanding the bug bounty and security research programs.

Build and maintain security-focused infrastructure: IAM systems, internal least-privilege access, encryption frameworks for sensitive data, supply chain security, and secure internal tooling to support safe AI usage.

Lead design and deliver Persona’s marketing website and consumer-facing digital experiences. Drive redesign from strategy through implementation, collaborate with engineering and marketing, build and steward design systems, prototype with modern and AI tools, and shape the brand’s visual system while mentoring cross-functional teams and aligning executive stakeholders.
