Build and maintain data models, dashboards, reports, and dbt models supporting cross-functional decision-making. The role also identifies recurring problems, contributes process improvements, and adapts to evolving startup processes.

Coordinate in-country logistics operations by managing 3PL relationships, inbound shipments, ASNs, SKUs, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse management system updates. Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs, prepare reports, support kitting and B2B pack-out projects, analyze shipment and inventory data, and improve supply chain processes. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives and requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and spreadsheet skills.

Drive net-new enterprise revenue by prospecting ecommerce brands, managing strategic sales pipelines, leading complex multi-threaded deal cycles, and building executive relationships. Advise clients on international expansion, DDP, compliance, and localization while maintaining accurate Salesforce forecasting. Partner with marketing, partnerships, operations, and post-sales teams to ensure successful client outcomes. Represent the company at industry events and travel 10–20%.

Leads concurrent customer implementations from post-sale kickoff through go-live. Manages project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, escalations, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and customer communications. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations, brands, and 3PL providers to ensure successful launches. Improves implementation processes, templates, and frameworks while supporting evolving startup priorities and advocating for customer needs.

Supports global eCommerce compliance by reviewing customs data, classifying products using HTS codes, maintaining duty rates, resolving customs holds, managing product rules and export manifests, and monitoring country-specific regulations. The role requires international logistics knowledge, data-entry project management, understanding of duties, taxes, country of origin and free trade agreements, and strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

Own and grow a portfolio of third-party logistics warehouse accounts by identifying expansion, cross-sell, brand adoption, and referral opportunities. Build account plans, develop relationships across operational and commercial stakeholders, partner with Sales to close revenue, and position the company as a strategic growth partner. The role requires proactive revenue ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and regular travel to support account growth.
