The Mexico Site Lead is responsible for establishing Lab49's Delivery Center in Mexico, managing operations, and driving project success in financial services.

Design, build, test and maintain native iOS apps (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit) and cross-platform apps with Flutter. Integrate Intune (MAM/MDM), REST APIs, follow MVVM, perform unit/integration testing, debug and optimize, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.

Drive and execute talent projects aligning people strategies to business objectives. Design and implement retention, development, and change initiatives; analyze data to inform talent programs; coach on complex employee matters and partner with leaders to build tailored L&D solutions.

Lead QA strategy, governance, and quality engineering across a large commercial banking transformation. Define testing approaches, drive automation and shift-left practices, mentor QA teams, partner with stakeholders, manage risks, and improve software quality and delivery across multiple client delivery teams in a regulated financial services environment.
