Manage high-volume, full-cycle regional recruiting for manufacturing roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring events, ATS documentation, reporting recruiting metrics, ensuring compliant hiring, and building local talent pipelines. Partner with site leadership and HR to support onboarding, background checks, and day-one readiness.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate new aerospace programs from contract award through production readiness. Plan milestones, assess risks, set up part numbers/routings/work instructions, ensure AS9100/NADCAP and customer compliance, track KPIs (on-time delivery, yield, cost), support customer communications, and assist capacity planning across Seattle and Everett facilities.

Administers HR plans and procedures at site level including recruitment, benefits and payroll processing, personnel file maintenance, HRIS recordkeeping, employee relations support, compliance with federal and state employment laws, onboarding, and safety practices.

Assist in production control, prioritize orders, maintain production schedules, manage costs, and ensure communication with customer service and department operators.
