Provide L1-L3 support and implement system enhancements; perform large-scale data migrations (millions of records); build custom Python and Salesforce/Apex solutions; integrate via APIs; maintain technical documentation, recurring issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and log work hours in JIRA. Night-shift rotations as needed.

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Django. Develop RESTful APIs, optimize database queries (MongoDB/Postgres), improve performance, fix legacy bottlenecks, implement security and deployment considerations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production features.

Qualify and develop sales opportunities for a defined set of prospects, target decision makers, execute outbound and inbound outreach, collaborate with Account Executives, meet pipeline targets, and support GTM initiatives and events.

Own full sales lifecycle for assigned accounts, prospect and qualify opportunities, engage decision makers, deliver demos and presentations, meet revenue targets, forecast deals, and support marketing and training activities to scale GTM globally.
