This is a temporary six-month position requiring business or accounting education, 6–12 months of relevant experience, English proficiency, intermediate Excel skills, and strong communication.

Manage and grow Baxter's alternate-site business in the Houston territory by achieving sales goals, executing business plans, calling on home infusion/ASC/pharmacy/physician/distributor customers, providing product demonstrations and education, managing GPO contracts, and collaborating with internal specialists to protect and expand account revenue.

Drive sales of surgical tables and operating room imaging systems across Eastern Japan. Develop and execute territory sales strategies, promote products to hospital clinicians, support customers after purchase, collaborate with distributors and business partners, maintain key opinion leader relationships, identify sales channels, report market intelligence, and pursue market and revenue growth.

Supports pricing strategy and execution for US Hospital Products, including item-level pricing, GPO and customer price-list maintenance, sales and contract analysis, annual price updates, contract financial-impact assessment, discrepancy resolution, and development of pricing reports and tools. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Legal while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Leads sustaining manufacturing engineering projects, process transfers, continuous improvement, production fixture and inspection equipment development, capacity planning, cycle-time analysis, and manufacturing documentation. Develops and validates mechanical device manufacturing processes using Lean methods, DOE, ANOVA, PFMEA, and IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV validation. Provides technical guidance, supports project planning, and collaborates with customers, suppliers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
