Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models. Extract, clean, and analyze data with SQL and Microsoft Fabric. Monitor report accuracy and performance, implement RLS, support stakeholders, document KPIs, and provide training and ad-hoc analyses.

Support day-to-day HR operations including processing HR transactions, maintaining employee records, monitoring attendance and leave, assisting onboarding/offboarding, ensuring policy and labor-law compliance, preparing official HR documents, responding to employee inquiries, coordinating HR data collection, and generating reports to identify discrepancies and improvements.
