We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure accurate employee data management, and contribute to a smooth and efficient employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess HR transactions and personnel requests accurately and on time
Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical files)
Monitor attendance and leave balances, ensuring system accuracy
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law
Prepare official HR documents (employment, salary, service certificates)
Coordinate with employees and departments to collect and update HR data
Handle employee inquiries related to HR records and attendance
Generate reports and highlight any discrepancies with suggested improvements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles
Good command of English & Arabic (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills
Communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to handle large volumes of data
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
