Leads the design, implementation, and operation of an enterprise data platform supporting secure, scalable data integration and consumption. Develops ingestion frameworks, orchestration workflows, ELT/ETL pipelines, and cloud platform services. Analyzes and optimizes domestic and international supply chain, freight, transportation, and distribution activities. Develops forecasts, dashboards, scenario models, KPIs, and planning frameworks to improve service levels, costs, predictability, and operational efficiency. Partners with merchandising, transportation, distribution, finance, technology teams, carriers, and logistics providers to identify constraints, improve vendor performance, support system enhancements, and implement process changes.

Leads enterprise Finance and Corporate application support teams, owning application availability, reliability, lifecycle management, integrations, releases, incidents, and operational governance. Partners with Finance leadership during critical financial close activities, manages vendors and managed service providers, and ensures SOX, ITGC, SoD, audit, and security compliance. Establishes service metrics, resilience practices, monitoring, automation, and AI-enabled support capabilities while coaching technical teams.

Designs and improves distribution center operations through industrial engineering analysis, material handling and automation evaluations, capital investment analysis, ROI modeling, and process improvement. Supports system design, vendor evaluations, installation, testing, commissioning, and operational ramp-up. Produces technical documentation, reports, presentations, and business cases while collaborating with vendors, maintenance, engineering, and leadership. Mentors entry-level engineers and managers and travels up to 15% of the time.

Administer, configure, maintain, and integrate enterprise identity and access management platforms, including Azure Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, and PingFederate. Manage identity lifecycle automation, role-based access control, access certification, recertification, and IAM rule engines. Support application integrations, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, maintain test environments, conduct root cause analysis, mitigate risks, and collaborate with department leaders on roles, workflows, and access solutions.

Designs and governs scalable, secure financial systems architecture using Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle EBS. Translates business requirements into solution, integration, and security designs; evaluates technology options; participates in architecture governance; documents technical specifications; and supports production stability, enhancements, optimization, proofs of concept, and finance transformation initiatives.

Participate in a 10-week corporate internship supporting projects across finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, or supply chain. Evaluate processes, contribute to department goals, apply academic knowledge to business challenges, collaborate with mentors, improve processes, and present project results to executive leadership. The internship requires strong communication, organization, analysis, research, presentation, and teamwork skills, along with flexibility for in-office work and relocation to Katy, Texas.

Lead FP&A activities including annual planning, monthly forecasting, executive reporting, and financial analysis. Partner with business leaders to support budgeting, ROI and margin initiatives, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable insights to meet financial targets.
