What You Will Work OnYou’ll join a dynamic 10-week internship program designed to give you real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment. From day one, you’ll work on meaningful projects that directly impact our business, whether you’re supporting finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, or supply chain. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to corporate operations and learn how a leading sporting goods retailer stays ahead in a competitive industry.
Throughout the summer, you’ll collaborate with professionals who will guide you through best practices and help you develop skills for your future career. You’ll evaluate processes, contribute to department goals, and present your project results to executive leadership. This is your chance to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting while building a strong professional network.
You’ll work alongside experienced team members who are passionate about sports, the outdoors, and helping interns succeed. From recent graduates to senior managers, you’ll have access to mentors who will share insights and provide feedback to help you grow. You’ll also connect with fellow interns across multiple disciplines, creating a collaborative and supportive environment that makes learning fun and impactful.
