Perform rate reviews, reserving analyses, loss and expense reserve studies, predictive modeling, budget forecasting, and actuarial research. Ensure rating manuals and premium rules comply with insurance regulations while supporting product development and cross-functional management initiatives.

Owns Virginia Farm Bureau’s enterprise collaboration and digital workplace product portfolio, including Microsoft 365, intranet, Webex, video, and telephony platforms. Defines product vision, roadmap, backlog, governance, adoption metrics, and user experience improvements. Partners with business, technology, communications, security, compliance, legal, operations, and vendors to support hybrid work, internal communications, platform reliability, risk management, licensing optimization, and organizational productivity.

Leads enterprise data and AI strategy, governance, stewardship, shared data platforms, and responsible AI enablement in a federated operating model. Partners with executives, architecture, cybersecurity, audit, compliance, and business domains to ensure trusted, secure, scalable data capabilities. Builds and develops teams across data governance, engineering, analytics, and AI while driving enterprise alignment, platform adoption, data quality, and measurable business value.
