Support commercialization of faculty-led computer science and physical science ventures by managing portfolio tracking, connecting startups to funding, talent, and mentors, coordinating licensing and internal teams, preparing ventures for investor engagement, monitoring VC and technology trends, and supporting operational tasks like budget tracking and metrics analysis.

Support supplier maintenance by conducting due diligence, ensuring compliance with tax and university policies, maintaining supplier banking and tax records, configuring Oracle Cloud/ERP banking data, running and analyzing reports, performing data quality checks, resolving escalations, collaborating with procurement, and responding to AP/AR inquiries.

Coordinate and expand educational programs for the Celiac Disease Center, including teen, mentorship, family, CME, and community initiatives. Support program delivery, quality reviews, budget recommendations, stakeholder coordination, and event planning to raise awareness and provide resources for celiac disease patients and families.

Manage and modernize lab operations: design systems and automations (including integration with the Chorus AI Assistant), oversee budgets and grant post-award operations, maintain HR and financial dashboards, coordinate onboarding and visas, support proposals and communications, supervise a part-time assistant, and drive continuous improvement across finance, HR, facilities, and events.
