Lead capture and execution for a hypersonics portfolio: develop growth strategies, manage capture and proposals, oversee program budgets/schedules, mentor program managers, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage customers (Army/MDA), and transition programs to production while ensuring compliance and export-controlled access.

Lead ERP modernization workstreams for Sales & Service: plan and deliver projects across Prepare–Hypercare, manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, coordinate business, IT, and system integrator teams, support testing, cutover, go-live, and transition to sustainment while ensuring program governance and reporting.

Manage financial planning, forecasting, analysis, month‑end/year‑end close, statutory reporting and compliance. Lead budgeting, variance analysis, financial controls, audits, process improvements and provide strategic financial advice to leadership.

Provide hands-on engineering support across the product lifecycle for military aircraft electronics. Resolve production and test issues, maintain product integrity, drive producibility and quality improvements, support ECN/CRB/MRB processes, create work instructions and ATP/PAT procedures, lead root cause corrective actions, coordinate with customers/suppliers, track metrics (FPY, cost), mentor junior engineers, and act as technical/project lead when required.
