Lead development of electrohydraulic and electromechanical systems from requirements through simulation, V&V, integration and testing. Manage end-to-end supplier relationships and procurement for the Space division. Convert demand into compliant purchase orders, drive supplier performance and corrective actions, support supplier selection and negotiations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure continuity of supply. Position requires ~20% travel.

Lead a core engineering knowledge management team to capture, store, and share critical product and systems knowledge. Develop and execute multi-year KM strategies, drive adoption, integrate KM with digital engineering systems, measure KM performance, and partner cross-functionally to implement process improvements and training.
