Manage index and ETF portfolios to meet investment objectives and constraints, apply quantitative models and hedging strategies, control tracking error and risk, implement trading and tax-efficient techniques, influence ETF platform development, evaluate product launches, and collaborate across teams to execute initiatives.

Drives new assets and revenue, builds relationships with trustees, executives, CIOs, consultants, and intermediaries, manages the sales pipeline, and supports client retention and growth. Represents multiple asset classes, coordinates with internal investment and distribution teams, maintains CRM activity, attends industry events, and executes strategic business development plans.

Provide Tier 1/2 support and subject-matter expertise for enterprise compliance archiving and Microsoft 365 Purview. Manage permissions, retention policies, eDiscovery cases, and data connectors. Build automation, monitor service resiliency and data quality, document processes, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve compliance tool issues.
