The Senior Client Portfolio Manager will manage relationships with clients, articulate investment strategies, and promote business growth in fixed income investment strategies.

Drive sales growth for OSAM Canvas in the Midwest and Northwest by raising assets, demonstrating deep direct/custom indexing expertise, partnering with Franklin Templeton sales teams, selling to financial advisors across channels, and collaborating with client service, portfolio management, operations, tech, and relationship teams. Travel frequently for advisor meetings and presentations.

Perform fund administration and oversight for sub-advised mutual funds, including monitoring third-party service providers, reconciliations, cash management, trade execution, accounting close, audit coordination, reporting and client inquiries. Drive controls, risk management, and process improvements while collaborating with investment teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely delivery of fund data.

Prepare complex federal, state, and multi-state individual returns and partnership (Form 1065) returns for high-net-worth clients. Maintain tax workpapers, analyze investment reporting and K-1s, perform tax research, manage deadlines and client communications, prepare estimates/extensions, assist with notices/amended returns, and support gift tax and private foundation filings as assigned.

Prepare federal, state, and local individual income tax returns for high-net-worth clients; maintain workpapers; use CCH Scan/AutoFlow and CCH Axcess Tax; communicate routine document requests; prepare estimates, extensions, and payment vouchers; assist with notices, amended returns, gift/partnership/private foundation filings as assigned; track deadlines and support tax compliance and process-improvement projects.

Provide independent second-line risk oversight for Luxembourg AIFM/UCITS, performing portfolio risk assessments, valuation reviews, KRI monitoring, control testing, and supporting governance, audits, and improvement of risk models and reporting across traditional and private asset classes.

Support portfolio managers to maximize tax efficiency across long-short and long-only equity portfolios. Perform daily portfolio management (monitoring, transitioning, rebalancing), refine diagnostic and analytical platforms, maintain tax-management and construction processes, ensure adherence to client mandates and risk/tax budgets, coordinate trading with Client Service, and communicate findings and recommendations to the investment team.

Manage payroll processing for multiple Asian countries: validate HR data, audit vendor outputs, prepare journal entries, reconcile deductions, support year-end tax/audit, handle payroll inquiries, assist with shadow payroll, and develop/test payroll procedures and system enhancements.

The role involves developing and deploying smart contracts using AI-assisted tools, ensuring security and compliance, and building multi-chain infrastructure.

Manage and implement product-driven changes for cross-border funds, coordinating legal, compliance, marketing, operations and technology. Lead project documentation, research, continuous improvement, fund launches, and support senior team members.
