Provide basic technical support and assist with setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks. Support user account management, inventory, documentation, system upgrades, and IT projects while ensuring policy compliance and learning from the IT team.

Manage moderate-complexity business and technology projects across Discovery to Delivery. Coordinate scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, reporting, UAT, and stakeholder communication while supporting Agile practices.

Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluations. Develop and implement monitoring frameworks, scorecards, and reports; analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide feedback and coaching; conduct calibration sessions; ensure compliance with company and client standards; and present quality metrics to management.

Support planning and executing employee engagement programs, internal communications, surveys, and company events. Maintain engagement trackers, assist onboarding and town halls, gather feedback, and participate in culture-building initiatives while performing related administrative tasks.
