We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day technical operations within a professional work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to learn, and passionate about technology and problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide basic technical support for hardware, software, and network-related concerns
Assist in setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment
Support user account creation, password resets, and access management
Help monitor and maintain IT inventory and documentation
Assist in troubleshooting system, connectivity, and application issues
Support the IT team in system upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities
Participate in IT-related projects and process improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards
Perform other administrative and technical tasks as assigned by the IT team
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Computer Engineering
Information Systems
or any related field
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and common operating systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Knowledge of basic troubleshooting and networking
Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, or IT support tools
Experience with programming, databases, or web development is a plus
