Partner with Accounting and business leaders to align financial reporting with performance and support strategic decisions.

Leads end-to-end product design for customer-facing digital experiences, including UX/UI design, research, prototyping, validation, implementation, and optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Content, and SEO teams to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Uses AI-assisted design workflows, analytics, experimentation, and design systems to create scalable experiences. Mentors designers, facilitates critiques, and advocates for accessible, customer-centered design.

Develops executive dashboards, analyzes financial and operational drivers, identifies risks and opportunities, and provides actionable insights to senior leaders. Partners with Accounting and business stakeholders to align reporting, forecasts, and performance insights across business lines.

Design, build, and operate hybrid/multi-cloud and on-prem platform infrastructure. Lead cross-team initiatives, automate via IaC/CI-CD, apply AI tools for operations, implement observability and security best practices, provide tier-3 support and on-call coverage, and create reusable platform patterns and self-service capabilities for data and analytics workloads.

Guide clients through the mortgage process for purchases and refinances, promote Rocket Mortgage offerings, build client rapport, collect and verify documents, respond to company-generated leads, provide advice and exceptional service, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Own and deliver full-stack servicing features end-to-end: design, implement, deploy, and operate front-end (Next.js/React) and back-end (.NET/C# with NestJS GraphQL) systems on AWS/EKS. Use AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development, collaborate with product and distributed teams, contribute to architecture, and mentor engineers. Participate in on-call rotation for production reliability.
