Provides enterprise technology support for Windows and macOS systems, hardware, peripherals, software, and communication tools. Collaborates with scientists and technical teams, evaluates emerging technologies, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to scientific publications and research communications.

Administer and improve cloud infrastructure, identity systems, enterprise services, networking, and end-user technology. Provide technical support, manage access, backups, disaster recovery, security controls, vendors, documentation, and procurement. Leads end-to-end product design for customer-facing digital experiences, including UX/UI design, research, prototyping, validation, implementation, and optimization. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Brand, Content, and SEO teams to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Uses AI-assisted design workflows, analytics, experimentation, and design systems to create scalable experiences. Mentors designers, facilitates critiques, and advocates for accessible, customer-centered design.
