Prospect for new business across Prince George and Northwest BC, build and manage a territory pipeline, develop customer relationships, and close equipment sales and rental opportunities. The representative will conduct customer visits, equipment demonstrations, walkarounds, and needs assessments while selling material handling, compact, and heavy construction equipment. The role includes growing existing accounts, opening new business, and managing a field-based territory with a company vehicle.

Identify equipment service and repair opportunities through telematics notifications, customer inquiries, and reports. Make outbound sales calls, follow up with customers, upsell warranty and service offerings, sell preventative maintenance agreements and safety training, and grow existing accounts. Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with operations and service teams to deliver equipment solutions and a positive customer experience.

Prospect for new B2B customers, qualify leads, build territories and account relationships, recommend equipment, rental, parts, and service solutions, prepare proposals, conduct demonstrations, negotiate, and close sales. Territory representatives plan customer visits and develop repeat business, while inside sales representatives manage inbound leads and quotations. The role includes product training, CRM onboarding, mentorship, and opportunities for career advancement.
