The Senior Manager of Engineering will oversee strategy, development, and deployment for Makse Group's engineering initiatives, managing the team and ensuring quality delivery of solutions.

Lead strategic planning, implementation, optimization, upgrades, and support for Workday HCM modules. Advise senior stakeholders, manage enhancements and compliance, establish system best practices, resolve complex issues, train users, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, and drive HR process improvements and organizational change. Manage month-end and annual close and consolidation for clients, prepare/post journal entries, reconcile key accounts, produce financial statements, advise on GAAP/IFRS technical accounting, support audits, liaise with banks/vendors, and help standardize accounting practices across engagements.
