Makse Group is a Workday Services & Innovation Partner helping organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment through consulting services and a growing portfolio of Marketplace Apps.

As we continue to grow our business and expand our presence in the Workday ecosystem, we are looking for a talented marketing professional to join our team. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in a high-growth business, working closely with leadership, product teams, sales, and consultants to bring new ideas, products, and marketing initiatives to life.

You will help shape how we tell our story across social media, events, presentations, websites, sales enablement materials, and product marketing initiatives. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, business acumen, attention to detail, strong visual design skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish content across social media, websites, blogs, email, and other marketing channels.

  • Develop clear, audience-specific copy that translates complex business, product, and Workday-related concepts into compelling content.

  • Design and maintain presentations, one-pagers, event collateral, social graphics, and other marketing materials with a strong eye for design and brand consistency.

  • Manage social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), including content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and leadership teams to support marketing initiatives and content development.

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct market, competitive, and audience research to support content development.

  • Monitor relevant Workday and industry communities to identify trends, discussions, and content opportunities.

  • Take ownership of projects and deliverables, driving them from concept through completion with minimal supervision.
     

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).

  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, audience-specific content for complex business and B2B technology topics.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment, juggling multiple priorities and shifting timelines.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable deliverables.

  • Ability to understand complex business concepts and translate them into clear, engaging content and marketing assets.

  • Strong visual design skills with experience creating professional presentations, one-pagers, social media assets, and marketing collateral.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, or other content management and marketing platforms is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Workday or related enterprise technology platforms, and a clear ability to communicate our value as a Workday Services & Innovation Partner.

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency.

Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
