We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the architectural design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance web applications. Your time will be split equally between building robust backend architectures and crafting responsive frontend user interfaces.

• Backend Architecture & Development (50%): Design and implement backend logic, model relational databases (Entity Relationship Diagrams), build secure API integrations, and ensure overall system performance and scalability.

• Frontend Engineering (50%): Build responsive, highly usable frontend interfaces using JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.

• System Architecture & Design: Own end-to-end software architecture, ensuring system durability, clean code practices, and smooth cross-stack integration

Responsibilities:

• Participate in architectural discussions, offering valuable insights and recommendations to drive innovation and improve software development processes.

• Develop and maintain back-end components, primarily focusing on API development and integration.

• Take a lead role in designing, developing, and implementing user-friendly and intuitive front-end solutions for software applications, focusing on JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Redux.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints, translating them into efficient and elegant front-end solutions.

•  Lead and delegate tasks to junior developers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high-quality code and timely delivery of projects.

• Participate in architectural discussions, offering valuable insights and recommendations to drive innovation and improve software development processes.

• Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code, following industry best practices and coding standards.

•  Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot production issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 5+ years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

• Proficient in Entity Relationship Diagrams - with great understanding of relational databases, SQL.

•  Proficiency in back-end development, including experience building APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).

• Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Redux.

• Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and experience in building user-friendly interfaces.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.

• Experience leading and delegating tasks to junior developers, with a track record of successful project completion.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
